This is a “fan-page”, not the official Charmian Harris website. It is a place to share photos and stories of her progress, from the 1970s, working in the attic of her parents house in Cambridge, to fifty years later in the 2020s, with a well established career, still working, but now in her purpose-built studio in North Devon. I have been with her every step of the way during those fifty years. I am Nick, her husband, life partner, and fan of Charmian Harris jewellery…

Charmian Harris Jewellery necklace in 18ct gold with ancient Bactrian Agate and Carnelian beads

This is a necklace that Charmian made some years ago and which is in her personal collection. The beads are ancient Bactrian carnelians and agates of a quality that I have never seen since. The Gold is solid 18 carat. Charmian made it at a time when the price of precious metal was such that she could afford to use it with an abundance that would be impossible today.
